Delete your account

• Open Flaym and unlock it.
• Go to Settings and tap Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account is deleted, along with the data described below.

• Email support@fuimuslabs.com from the email address on your account. Use the subject "Delete my Flaym account".
• We confirm the request with you, then delete your account and data within 30 days. We email you when it's done.

• Your login, email address, display name, and encryption keys.
• Your connection with your partner. Deleting your account disconnects you both.
• Your shared conversation, including encrypted messages and media, Snapshots, reactions, game answers and scores, and position data. This is deleted for both of you.
• Your devices' push-notification tokens and your subscription records.

Save anything you want to keep to your device before you delete. We can't recover it afterward.

• Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request.
• Free-trial record: a device identifier and model, kept for up to 24 months so the same device can't restart a free trial. It contains nothing you sent.
• Server request logs, which include IP addresses, are deleted automatically after about 30 days.
• Copies that you or your partner saved to your own devices are not affected.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your store's subscription settings first, or you may continue to be charged.
