Delete your account

• Open Chorevana and sign in.
• Go to Settings and tap Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account is deleted, along with the data described below.

• Email support@fuimuslabs.com from the email address on your account. Use the subject "Delete my Chorevana account".
• We confirm the request with you, then delete your account and data within 30 days. We email you when it's done.

• Your login, name, email address, and settings.
• If you are your family's only admin, the whole family is deleted: every member profile (including children's), all tasks and completion history, points, streaks, rewards, redemptions, reminders, notes, linked devices, and notifications.
• If other admins remain, only your own account and profile are removed. The family keeps its shared tasks and history.

To remove just a child's profile, an admin can remove that family member in the app. Their information is deleted within 30 days.

• Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request.
• Server request logs, which include IP addresses, are deleted automatically after about 30 days.
• We keep a record of subscription purchases only if the law requires it (for example, tax records), and only for as long as it requires.
• Spreadsheets you exported are stored on your own device, and we can't delete them.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your store's subscription settings first, or you may continue to be charged.
