Email support@fuimuslabs.com with "Shakerly" in the subject. Include your device and what happened.

• Guests: the bar page won't open. Ask your host for a fresh link or QR code. Guest access lasts 4 hours, and ends when the host closes the bar.
• Hosts: invite guests by sharing your bar link or QR code from the app. Anyone with the link can open your bar while it's open, so share it only with people you invite.
• Guests: remove your order or rating. Email us the host's bar name, the party date, and the name you used.

• Cancel or change your plan in your App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
• New device: sign in with the same account. If your subscription doesn't appear, tap Restore Purchases in the app.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. Request one through the store you paid with.
