Privacy Policy

The Return is an audio-only game, made by Fuimus Labs. Fuimus Labs is a trade name of Cabal Enterprises, LLC, which is responsible for your information as described in this policy ("we", "us", "our").

This policy applies to the The Return app on iOS and Android. If you have questions, email support@fuimuslabs.com.

None. The Return has no accounts, servers, analytics, crash reporting, ads, or in-app purchases, and it sends nothing about you to us or to anyone else. It does not use your microphone, camera, location, or contacts.

• Your saved game. The room you're in, where you've been, and your in-game progress. It is stored only on your device. Starting a new game or uninstalling the app deletes it.
• Audio. All sounds and narration are built into the app. On some devices, narration may use the device's built-in text-to-speech voice, which processes only the game's own text.
• Haptics. The app uses vibration for feedback. It does not read motion sensors.

When you download the app or buy a subscription, Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) handles that transaction under its own privacy policy. We never receive your payment card details.

If you have chosen in your device settings to share diagnostics with app developers, Apple or Google may give us crash reports and aggregated usage statistics. They do not identify you, and we use them only to fix problems.

The Return collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

If we change how The Return handles your information, we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect. For material changes, we will also let you know in the app or by email.
